My adolescent son is in his final year of the International Baccalaureate. It is an incredibly stressful time for any student. We approached Philippe Hamel in an absolute panic, desperate for help in mathematics, just over 3 months ago.My son is dyslexic, he has to work exceptionally hard to be an average student, he has gone from having no confidence, hating the subject and constant failure to a more confident average maths student. No easy task!Exceptional ! We are extremely grateful for the constant support and teaching skills of Philippe Hamel.

Depuis qu\u2019Emma prend des cours avec Philippe, elle a repris confiance en elle et a retrouv\u00e9 le go\u00fbt des maths. Elle est plus rigoureuse dans son travail et il me semble que la relation ( via Skype ) que Philippe a \u00e9tablie avec elle lui permet de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. Cette mani\u00e8re de travailler est bien compl\u00e9mentaire des cours du lyc\u00e9e. Et en cette p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9 bac o\u00f9 Emma a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 faire, c\u2019est vraiment bien.

Our 15-year old son has been working very successfully with Mr Hamel for two years, and is tutored in maths, physics and Spanish. Mr Hamel has been especially instrumental in helping my son with his pre-IB maths program. We will continue to use him for the next couple of years as our son prepares the IGCSE exams at IBS international school. Mr Hamel is conversant in English, French and Spanish. He touches base after each session and gives useful feedback on our son\u2019s progress.

I took classes with Philippe for a little more than a year and was very grateful ! Even if it was just an hour a week it really helped me throughout my schooling and if I ever had any difficulties Philippe helped me through them and made it very clear, wether it were in English, French or Spanish! Philippe helped me prepare for my IGCSE\u2019s and I got the grade i was hoping for. I would recommend Philippe to anyone who needs help finding their way through a troublesome subject !
